"In appreciation for her kindness, loyalty, and faithfulness in presenting fourteen workshops and evening programs on Wilderness, Painting, and Education at the LeConte Memorial Lodge throughout the 2003 season & her thoughtfulness in volunteering during the 2003 season.This award is given to honor Joseph LeConte and John Muir, who both believed in the University of the Wilderness and that in wilderness is the hope of the World."
